Our Circus Trip

My sister in law called me yesterday and said that she had been given some free tickets to a circus that was at the UCCU building at UVU and wanted to know if the kids and I wanted to go with her. Um duh no brainer, YES!!! I love to go to the circus. Partially because I live in one. :)

Now this wasn't Ringling Brother's. It was a smaller circus from Las Vegas. And everyone knows that Vegas knows how to put on a show, so I was excited!

We had nose bleed seats because we got there just as it was starting, but they turned out to be good seats. And the only camera that I had was on my phone.

This guy was balancing on a stand up in the air doing hand stands and twirling a baton with his feet.

These girls would climb their ropes and do acrobatics on them in the air.

Here are all of the kids. I couldn't get Ashton to sit still for any pictures. He was way to excited!

During the half time they sold tickets to ride the elephants, get your picture taken with the bear, and ride the pony's. My kids really wanted to ride the elephant, but I wasn't going to fork out $10.00 a head for that one. They had fun watching though.

We decided to walk down and get a picture with the elephants as they were walking by. Notice Ashton's blurry body? Ya way to excited to be so close to the elephant.

The they had acrobats swinging in the air, and falling into the net.

I really liked the bears. They had two bears that would do tricks. They were cute. And the ring master had a box of Raisin Bran that he was feeding the bears to keep them busy.

This dude was stacking chairs on top of each other and balancing on top of them. I of course was waiting for him to fall, but he didn't.

The elephants were fun too. They came out and did a couple of tricks. Ashton loved the elephants.

They turned off the lights and played a lullaby and the elephants laid down like they were taking a nap. It was cute.

All of the boys were glued to this. I know you can't really tell, but there are three motorcycles driving around inside of that cage. They loved it! I think that we are going to have to go to the monster truck rally when it comes to town.

We had so much fun and didn't spend a dollar! Thanks Heather.
