Someone should tell Mother Nature that it is January second and that we should have at least a foot of snow!! But no, it has been in the upper forties and even the lower fifties for the past week or so.
In November Travis bought a new snow blower for our driveway because last year it was really bad and we actually slid out of the driveway a couple of times. I had to tease him when he bought it because he bought the biggest one and I told him that if he bought the biggest one then it wasn't going to snow enough to even use it!
Well everyone can thank Travis for the "lack" of snow.
(On a side note it has been so warm that the crickets have already started hatching and we have found many in our unfinished basement and on the stairs. We even saw a fly outside today! I am so not ready for the bugs!!!)
Anyway..... today was a nice and warm day so we decided to play with the kids in the back yard.
Trevin and Ashton are racing back and forth across our backyard. Ashton was really cute he kept on saying that he runs really fast and then he would have to show us.
Kaylee really enjoyed being outside and watching her brothers run around.
Ashton would stop every once and a while and play with Kaylee. They sure are cute together.
Hopefully we will get some snow soon because I am starting to get spring fever. Watch we will get dumped on later this month and keep getting it through March!
